With remoteGENIUS access to data is available from anywhere with a web connection. Strictly password controlled to ensure you decide who has access and to what, from performing centralised bookings to simply dialling in to see what’s going on whilst you are away. Using the latest technology SALONGENIUS enables clients to book an appointment at any time of the day or night via SALONGENIUS online bookings facility. Fully secure, the mobile bookings App allows clients to book whilst on the move from any smartphone or tablet device. Also integrated with Facebook, it couldn’t be easier!

SALONGENIUS recommend compatible hardware is purchased at the same time as the software. This can be supplied by ourselves at current market prices or can be purchased independently. If purchased through SALONGENIUS hardware support is also included at no extra cost.

When purchased outright SALONGENIUS software belongs to you. To ensure you make the most of your investment annual support packages are recommended providing unlimited quick and friendly support when you need it. Available 7 days a week to ensure you get the best possible service.

Our support team will help enable a smooth transfer from any other system and offer a generous discount for any business looking to move to SALONGENIUS from another system provider.

All SALONGENIUS prices are available on request including software only options and monthly rental agreements. There’s a package suitable for most budgets from a single salon to international groups.

The best system in the world is of no use if you don’t know how to use it. SALONGENIUS offer a full collection of training courses on all aspects of operation. From ‘Getting Started’ through to specialised courses on marketing and client care, we cover all areas. Business training courses and individual mentoring is also available. Training can be done in house or at a selection of regional locations.

Once an order has been agreed and payment details confirmed we can schedule an engineer to come to your premises to install the system and conduct the first days training. This can be in the same week if necessary as long as the data preparation form has been completed and returned. Most hardware items are kept in stock and as a UK based company we can arrange installation and training at a time convenient to your business.

The standard software package includes 2 days training. The first day is a basic introduction to SALONGENIUS which is conducted on the same day as installation for salon staff who will be using the system. Our engineers have many years’ experience training staff at all levels. This is followed up with a second days training 4 – 6 weeks later for management staff or staff using the reporting and marketing elements of SALONGENIUS.
